PeopleSupport supports community activism and takes part in community development programs where we work. As an organization, PeopleSupport supports various community programs and encourages employees to actively be involved in their local communities. We are proud that both PeopleSupport and its employees have initiated and participated in a wide variety of charitable activities and projects in our local communities. As an organization, PeopleSupport and its employees have been involved in the following community programs:

• Promoted education, health and the welfare of our local communities
• Donated computers to the Department of Education for distribution to public schools. We also donated PCs to various public schools, NGOs and LGU units in Davao.
• Donated headsets to University of Makati.
• Raised funds to establish cable connection for Educational TV programs in public schools in Bulacan in partnership with Knowledge Channel.
• Supported victims of natural disasters
• Support projects for orphaned and underprivileged children
• Sponsored tree-planting activities and undertaking by the Habitat for the Humanity International to address housing concerns
• Donated cash to fund the library restoration of a public school in Davao in partnership with Children's Hour.
• Currently raising cash to fund the library restoration of a public school in Baguio in partnership with Children's Hour.
