• 2+ years training experience on financial service or sales or transcription in a call center environment
• 2+ years training experience on financial service (mortgage, loans, credit card, etc), customer service skills, sales skills, and/or management skills training
• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Experience with lesson plans and curriculum development
• An understanding of basic instructional design guidelines
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
